Experience
Quality Direct Care’s staff have between 5-10 years of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. Our team is well-supervised and trained in areas such as Resident Rights, Behavior Management, CPR, First Aid, person-centered planning, and much more. Every staff member undergoes a criminal history background check and driving record check. Our staff are dedicated and committed to providing quality, non-medical services and are eager to meet the needs of the individuals we serve.
